SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship our orders on a daily basis, between Tuesdays and Fridays, except holidays and weekends.

Processing time will take 5 to 7 business days. Delivery takes 3-8 business days.

When you place an order, you will receive an order fulfillment email.
Once your order has been shipped an updated email will follow which will have your tracking number available in it(USA only).

. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. After the package has been shipped we have no control over the shipping companies speed, process and delivery. There will be no refund for lost, damage or stolen items at this time.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you refuse our packages upon delivery you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your previous purchase.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, if you believe that you have entered an incorrect address contact us immediately. Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If we are having any issue with your shipping address, customer service will contact you and try to resolve this issue. If all attempts have failed to reached you, your order will be canceled, and your money refunded to your original method of payment.

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.
In the case of holidays shipping can take up to 10 to 14 business days.

Queens Winning Daily is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

we are NOT responsible if you provide an incorrect mailing address and the package is delivered to that address. Only if there is error on our part. Will we assume responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We cannot ship internationally to a postal(PO) box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

Canada orders might take 5-7 or 10-14 business days to be delivered to you.
International orders might take 10-15 or 15-20 business days to be delivered to you.
There is no tracking for International orders at this time.

All International shipping fee/ delivery will be different due to destination.

If pre-orders were made the time for shipping/delivery will not be the same.
Unfortunately, when you agree to a pre-order you accept our terms of service that it is not going to come right away. It should ship out by the date posted, but delays may happen. All pre-orders will ship within 14- 28 calendar days. During sales this policy is the same. Your order may take up to 28 calendar days. All wigs will ship within the time frame as mentioned in our store policy.

For holidays our business will be closed.

All delivery times are estimated and Queens Winning Daily will not be held responsible for delays due to packages held in transit. Time is transit depends on the shipping method that was chosen by you and doesn’t include weekends or Holidays.
